A rifle/cartridge combo I want is now available. However, I have another rifle chambered in a similar cartridge. Should I:
1: Buy the rifle I want and sell the one I have.
2: Shoot the heck out of the one I have and rebarrel to my desired cartridge. ......Ok, so what do ya have now? And what is it that is now available? I wanted to buy this T3x Superlight in 7mm-08. Got several M+ magazines and lots of reloading components. Got a 700 in 6.5 CM that has been a decent gun. Magazine is kind of cramped. .............Since you already have some magazines and reloading components for a 7/08 then go for it. Might as well keep the 700 in the 6.5 and maybe do some upgrades on that one.
