Been shooting 125 gr. wides for 2-3 yrs,razor sharp out of the pack,fly great,resharpen ok,ave. blood trails, (having killed around 75 deer with a bow),after the shot you can just about watch them discolor and rust,better clean them up fast,never had any problems with them rusting etc. stored in the quiver.
Never used there customer service,but from different things I've read its probably not the best around by far.
I'll keep shooting them for now because I have a half doz. and they work just fine,if I was recommending a good reasonably priced BH it would be the Magnus,lifetime warranty and just plain work.
