Baby carrots were invented years ago by a grower who had a crop of large ugly carrots that he couldn't sell. Rather than dumping them, he figured out how to grind them down to what's now called baby carrots and the public loved them. He sold his carrots and the rest is history.
Apparently a LOT of people have only sampled the “baby carrots” that are sold in grocery stores…🙃… let me set the record straight…”BABY” carrots are the ones you thin from your garden…they’re the most flavorful, tender carrots you’ll ever eat…
