They will absolutely be leaked if they land in the House before the new crew takes over.
Committing a felony on your way out of power wouldn't be a smart move, but they still have the FBI and justice dept. to bury it for them for at least two more years.
They will never have the means or desire to prove who dropped the leak.
But no doubt about it, they will be leaked.
