A fore end to "match" a 99F buttstock for a 20" barreled rifle? I would look for a pre-war 99R fore end. It is easy to recognize with two lines that wrap around the fore end near the tip. It'll be hard to find. Most likely you'll find another E fore end in walnut but it won't be checkered like the 99F buttstock.
