Since there has been recent discussion on Stiths for Weaver K4s, thought I'd show the first version K4 and its Stith mounted on this 1946 99EG.

This is the first version of Weaver's 1" 4X scope (the K4) that came out in 1947. It has external adjustments with no caps over the adjustments. This K4 version was made into 1948. The objective O.D. is 1.130". The objective diameter on the next version of the K4 (with adjustment caps) had a slightly larger objective diameter. The 3rd version K4 was again slightly larger than the second. The K4-60s were too large for the stith mounts (an objective O.D. of 1.550”).
