You’ll be fine. Once they have the IV in your arm it’ll be lights out until they turn your lights back on so you won’t have a worry in the world. I’ve seen a lot of kidney operations having worked in nephrology (dialysis) for a couple years gaining some clinical experience and I’d trust the advice of your oncologist/nephrologist.
