The OP, I believe is referring to the larger .38 Rimless Smokeless pistol with the exposed hammer. The 1902 Military is the same with a longer barrel/slide & grip frame, holding 1 more round in the magazine.

All are neat pistols!

Correct, mine is the .38 Rimless Smokeless, five inch barrel, with the lanyard loop. Guess that makes it the Military model.
