I use it to replace butter/oil as much as possible, but I've run out a ways to keep the volume from growing the last few months. I've never pan fried shrimp, but it sounds good. Good call on the potatoes, but since I have been trying to lose weight...I haven't make country potatoes in a while. I shall make a batch soon. Good call on the cabbage, but I've never used it like that... I'll try it. I'm a big fan of Rye, if you have a recipe Fink, but I haven't made bread since I was a kid.
