I'm guessing by your handle you're out of western NY. Is your business in commercial food prep/storage hardware, fish, distribution? Just curious. But yes, it's pretty amazing, some of these trade shows. Kind of like being at Tsukiji fish market in Tokyo but with a lot less frenzied chaos and not starting at 4am.
