Sure, why not in a scope designed for shooting at ranges where that matters. Some may well be willing to pay extra for that feature, assuming it’s well designed and that the other elements inside the scope are properly aligned. Last thing needed is a reticle that’s not square combined with an internal level that might be crookedy, maybe in another direction, or to a different degree.

Count me out, as I want my scopes simple, precise, and robust, and no heavier than necessary for that robustness. Don’t need or want clutter in the field for my use.
