I've been hunting deer with my .375 H&H for the last two years just to get some time on the rifle and just for the fun of it. What I have discovered is that it makes an excellent deer rifle. The 260 Accubond tears up less meat than most smaller calibers and puts them down right now. The extra weight of the rifle seems little bother even in hilly terrain and really settles down when it is time to shoot. I'm about to decide I've got a very practical deer rifle on my hands.
