They’re extremely quiet and very efficient. The Home Depot/Amazon ones generally have [bleep] reviews, but I don’t have any personal experience with them. Never a fan of compression fitting with refrigerant and cut them out and braze the copper instead.

We install and care for a lot of carrier systems- and they work well.

All of the mini split systems I’ve installed came precharged. You may need to adjust refrigerant levels depending on the length of the line set.
