You still could have waited until the auction was over to see if it sold or not. Why is it important to you to find out who Ned Smith is now, instead of in 5 days?, unless your going to bid? And if you were going to bid, I know you wouldn't list it!
To bad the engraver never finished those side panels, those look terrible. I don't see this ever selling for anywhere close to that.... but we won't know for another 5+ days..... so we all have to sit on the edge of our seats until then.
