Ordered three types of brass awhile back, on two orders. Found one after I placed the first order. Sent a message and got a phone call. I asked about combining shipping to save some coin. They made it all good. Easy to work with. I did get shorted one round of brass on one order, but that is a one-off, and I never said anything. I'm sure they would have sent the single, but it wasn't worth it to me for the cost of shipping, especially since they helped a lot with my orders.
They are good to go.
