Per the S/N, my L.C. Smith (Elsie) was built in 1904.
Sadly, the barrels are badly eroded by mercury primed ammo (way before my time!) and there is slack in the breech that I probably contributed to.
Yeah! Love those old timers!
My current fave us a Rem "Sportsman" 16 ga built in 1932!
