I’m preparing a wood subfloor for new Luxury Vinyl Planking. This floor has a “high ridge” in the middle of the room running from one side to the other probably caused by a floor joist with a high crown. I’m thinking I could rent a flooring drum sander to sand down this high ridge so the floor is then flat.
Is that what you’d do?
Any tips or advice?
