I know it's a bit late to be posting about squirrels with deer season being in full swing, but I've been so busy that I haven't had time to post about it before now.

The shotgun has taken several squirrels this fall. Not sure why but the oak trees haven't been producing much at all in my area. We've seen as many on the ground as there were traveling as we have in the trees this year.

Here's a large grey squirrel that my youngest son took the last time we went (the only time I thought to take a picture to update the thread). That was the shortest evening that we hunted.

The choke I made is working well. The weld has held up perfectly. The steel hasn't expanded out with use. It's getting the job done at least.
