Would this fit an extreme weather model in 7mm-08?
This stock is for a 2pc bottom metal and I believe the newer EW rifles are 1pc. A more direct answer would be you need to check the bm configuration of your rifle.
The adapters for different BM is only about $10.
I do not believe you can use an adapter on this stock to accept a 1pc bottom metal as the 2pc inletting is shallow compared to a 1pc stock.
