Came on a rifle I bought. Story was his father took his old 3006 and had it put in this stock, about the year 2000, a new Leupold vari x IIc added, put it in his safe. Seems about right as the Leupold is a 1999 , stock and scope have no discernable marks on them, like new.

Big heavy stock, barrel channel is bigger than the 1960s 3006 barrel, LOP is 14 1/4in.
