Of interest here is the officer’s body cam footage, and how quickly these incidents can unfold, a snap-second wrong decision and your life is over. One of your fellow officers is shooting, not clear on what is happening, you open fire in support.

Is it clear she all she is holding a hammer? Maybe not.

I gotta wonder though if it’s standard procedure to force entry, isn’t that what SWAT teams are for?
