I believe that there should be a ballot initiative that the welfare of the wildlife will be the sole responsibility of the government entity is immune to popular vote. This tol be crafted to keep the naive and emotionally impaired from driving their stupidity and ignorant thoughts from consideration as to the welfare of natural fauna.
