Birth certificates are a banking stock certificate. They don't care what gender is claimed. It's a certificate of a human being produced that will pay taxs. That's used as collateral for FED loans.
When a person is born, the "mother" must sign the "birth certificate," but the "birth certificate" does not say that it is the "mother" who "delivered" the "product"; it says the "Informant" delivered the product. Then, the original "birth certificate" is sent to the Department of Commerce, where your physical body becomes a "security" on the New York Stock Exchange.
