I have the 6.5x55 African (Lipsey's) and love the fit and finish on the rifle, nice walnut, shoots pretty well and can't wait for the 35 Whelen African to show up.
If the African shoots as well as my Ruger M77RS 35 Whelen I bought in 1989 I'll be very happy.
