Lived outside of NYC for five years, excellent test zone for a neutron bomb. No social redeeming value whatever. Doubt you could find one good anything in 10 years with a million candle power search light, much less a single candle lantern. A total overflowing outhouse of stench.

Just gave a neighbor a lead on a part he needed, that is in NY, no thank you. Many folks have gotten the message loud and clear, thanks but no thanks.
