One man's overuse of water is another man's kickstarted water cycle.
But of course.
Water going to the ocean instead of being dammed for human use is seen by some as being "wasted".
Those of a biological bent know nothing in nature is "wasted".
So perhaps those damn weeds have some benefit.
And if those silver berries/wolf willows are natives, why not just plant more of them?
