Vizio's replacement policy (for new TVs that are under warranty) is to send you a "recertified" set as a replacement for the one you just bought new. That is.......you buy a new one that's junk.....you get a used one that's been "inspected by a technician" as a replacement. 😠😠

Ain't happening. I currently have 5 Vizio TVs in my house. Won't fool me again.

Vizio's customer service is BEYOND total 💩💩💩 !!!

BUYERS BEWARE !!!!!!

AVOID THESE AZZCLOWNS like the plague !!!

Do your friends a favor and share this as you see fit.
If it didn't work when you bought it why not take it back to the store for a new one?

No....... It worked for about 60 days. Started dropping the apps during the 90 day warranty period. But, store (yep...... Walmart) policy is that service is through yhe manufacturer. You don't bring 'em back to the store.
