What I have found to solve the pic issue is to open it on your computer, then go in to edit and change the size to 30-40% for what it's current value is. That usually gets it small enough. If that doesn't work, use your snipping tool to cut a slightly smaller section of your resized photo. It should work then. Just make sure you attach the right copy.
