From what I understand, it is a felony to illegally enter the US. There are reports of the Feds actually flying in plane loads of illegal immigrants. So isn’t that more than just failing to enforce the law? It would seem that whoever in the government has established and carried out a policy of flying in immigrants is actually guilty of a crime or conspiracy themselves.
