Simms Pro wading staff is the best I have used by far. Comes with a nice holster to wear on your belt, a lanyard, and is one hand deployable. The sections also lock together once extended so they can't pull apart, something that gets frustrating with the cheaper collapsible staffs. They are pricy, but I don't go in the rivers without it anymore.
