My grandfather was a prison guard at Rohwer in SE Arkansas for his Army service during WW2. The prisoners were US Citizens so it isn't a conspiracy theory to think they have internment camps ready and available for groups somebody thinks needs to be re-educated or simply locked up.
Our government did it to the Japs, the Indians. Did experiments on blacks similar to the Nazis.
