It came today, and I took off early to try it out...brought it home and cleaned grease out of it for an hour.

Winds were gusting to 50 mph, so I didn't get much a feel for its accuracy, but it shoots.

I was able to compare it to the 375 Whitworth I have here, and the Whitworth is much smoother and better machined inside. The exteriors are about equal quality finish. I dropped it into an old Whitworth stock I had sitting around, and the fit is about perfect. I have a newer and better one on the way and will make the change. I hope the factory stock burns, as firewood is about all the use I can find for it; it won't even make a good club. crazy Besides, its ugginfugly!! eek

I topped it with a Leupold VariXII 1-4 in Leupold QD mounts and bore sighted; I'll sight it in and report back with some pix tomorrow.
