Yep, montana sucks big time. Sucked me out there last year for two months and has already sucked me on my way for another two months of chasing giant bulls and ignoring bucks I would shoot dead if they were here in Kalifornia.....
If you want to feel bad, try for a sheep tag in Nevada or Kalifornia. Or a deer tag in Nevada. Or a Pronghorn tag in Ka. I've done all of the above. Got to hunt Nevada for deer once. Took about seven trys. BTW, a bonus point costs you an out of state license, $142. Montana charges $10.
Kalifornai Pronghorn tag only took 16 years to get. Still trying for another. Let's see that's since 1988......
