I used my economic stimulus money to adopt a .303. 26" barrel, takedown, non-original buttstock.serial#2337xx. lyman tang sight, savage rear. I think it started life as a model B. The bore is minty!The target is the first six shotsI fired. The buttstock has a couple tight cracks, so it is at the gunsmith getting glassed. Can't wait to take her hunting! Tom W.
