I don't have a 25-06AI but I do have a custom 25-06 that I am pushing 100gr TSX's with 60gr of Reloader 25 with no problems. I don't know the velocity but I was told about someone who shot 63gr and he was getting 3650fps using 100gr Sierra's.

This kind of thing is potentially very dangerous. No one can get 3650 fps out of a standard .25-06 safely. Alliant shows your own load of 60 grains giving 3224 fps and is maximum. The 'somebody' quoted is either full of it or operating unsafely.

Caution on the reloadersnest "data" shown for the .25-06AI. Using 61 grains of RL22 and getting 3650 is way over-pressure. Sierra shows a maximum load of 57.1 grains giving just 3400 fps. A four grain overload is not what I would call prudent. I suspect that the 'data' shown is made up. Even if not, then I sure wouldn't use it. I can't get that speed out of either of my .257 Weatherbys - safely.

There is a cottage industry among some wildcatters to exceed the performance of belted magnums in smaller cases. It may be possible to do so, but not at safe pressures. Physics is immutable, unfortunately for them. There is no replacement for displacement.
