Depending on a lot of factors 129/130s can do over 3,300 fps. I've only used RL25 in the 140s though, and it couldn't match the velocities of some of the other powders. Consider Winchester 780. I love it, I'm getting way better velocities with that powder. 66 grains is a seemingly safe, mild load that'll go 3250-3280 or so in my gun with 130 Accubonds.
