I've had real good luck with leaheads bullets in my 41 mag and 405.
Have you tried any of the bullets from R&R in Chadron (or maybe Crawford)?
Is there anyplace down there in the Bluffs where a person can get lead? I have about 100lbs of pure lead, and a couple of 5 gallon buckets of wheelweights, but I'm sort of saving the wwts for in case bullets get to be hard to come by.

the most expensive bullet there is isn't worth a plug nickel if it don't go where its supposed to.
