I have a Remington 700 that is sub moa. But it was specifically made for that and if it wasn't it would have gone back under warranty.
I have a Weatherby Vanguard which surprized me when it was sub MOA.
I had a Savage that was inconsitent as all get out. Never could get a decent grouping out of it.
Have a Marlin 1895 that was MOA right out of the box.
I guess I have been pretty lucky. Only one out of a bunch have been a problem.
