Thanks everyone for the information. This is one of those projects that could be a black hole money wise if someone went all the way with a fully custom gun set up. The CZ's at $1600 are most likely the cheapest and quickest way to go in the long run. I guess right now I have to head scratch a little more. I like my 416 Rigby RSM for many reasons. With the 500 Jeffery I really don't need anything bigger than a 404 (ie my 458 Lott RSM). I might go and shoot the 375 H&H Win to see how much I like the rifle before I pour more cash into it. In the long run I might be money ahead to sell the Win 70 + the Rem 416 and build a 404 from scratch with a Montana action and fresh barrel.
I think I'll keep looking for now at what other have done.
