i have sighted in my 375 both dead on and 3 inches high at 100 the three high is great with a 270 grain barnes tsx behind 84 grains of imr 4350 but if i was going to africa i would sight dead on at 100 yards and if the range gets long and you miss aim the second shot i foot high most likley you will connect it has worked for me until i started messing with the 375 for a long range elk rifle which is about as good as it gets oh i have traded my sudtom 340 weatherby for that role and the 338 winchester is great but wont beat the 340 weatherby
