Bought a 200 year model Ruger M-77 in 7mag a while back and finally had time to shoot it. What a excellent rifle.Not the most accurate rifle I have ever shot but it ever bit as good as MkII and the Hawkeye IMO.Action is a lot smoother than the Hawkeye.I really like my Hawkeye's but I'm going to look twice the next time I see a tang saftey Ruger for sale.
