I bought one a short time ago for about twice what you paid. Mine had the Sako low rings so I put 2-7 Vari-X II on it. It's a nice outfit and shoots quite well. I have a 06' of the same vintage and the 308 is a lot lighter and feels better. You made a good but and the rifle will more than likely be a shooter. Congratulations on a good buy. Ken
