Wow, you're [bleep]' schitt up here man. The Explorer sport trac was basically an extended cab, 4 door pickup. The explorer sport was a short wheelbase, two door SUV. Both were built on the Ranger pickup frame and were designed and made by Ford, not Mazda. The Mazda B-2000 and B-4000 pickups were actually rebadged Ford Rangers. The newer Ford Escape SUV's are rebadged Mazda Tributes and I believe you are confusing those with Explorers. Got it ?

Though it was always my understanding that the Ranger/B2000/Sport-trac was designed and built by Mazda.
I may be mistaken in that matter. I will have to drag out some old Road and Track mags and fire up the Gooogle-fu.
