Eric -

Will certainly do. So far both loads with the 69 SMK and the 75 A-Max / H4895 group about the same. I have since made up several more test loads with the 77 TSX, the HO 75 HPBT, and coming soon the HO 69 HPBT.

I have made up a powder ladder with the 75 A-Max and 24.1/RL-15 - and hope to get to the range on a low wind day next week. And made up RL-15 same charge loads but with different jump lengths. I have been loading the 75 A-Max to the lands - that COL is 2.455" in this newer rifle - which is a length to caliber of 1.913" which is all that the magazine will allow. I will try some 10 thou' jam loads that I will load with my fingers.

Thank you for your information.

BTW -the 69 SMK/24.2/2230/Win brass/205Fed load shot in the 2's in my other Savage 9 twist and a pal's identical rifle. Sometimes better - but so far this rifle - a Predator MAX-1 - does not seem to like that load. Different reamers, I suspect. And the barrel in this rifle is no prize.
