You kind of overlooked the trigger guard.

The Weatherby version has a nicely illed trigger guard instead of the tin can bent steel POS that the factory Anschutz m64 rifles do.

IMHO the Weatherbys are a better value all around.

For basically the same price as the very plain and homely Anshutz m64 classics, you get a Weatherby style stock (which is made in the US) along with a better trigger guard.

You also get a REAL WORLD test target fired by a human with the metal IN the wooden stock. Anschutz plays games by clamping their barreled actions in a vice while shooting groups.
