I guess if one wants a factory rifle and/or accurate factory ammo option it's a good one.

That said it seems that Lapua 260 brass has alot of Tactical guys running back to that round about 10-1 vs. the CM or 47L. So it seems.

I have (2) 6.5 sporters in the works, one or both will be in 260. Owned a few over the years - very balanced round IMO i.e. blast/recoil/accuracy/ballistics/barrel life, and kills alot of game well.

No doubt the Creed more or less overlaps w/260 and 6.5x55 performance. Not a bad place to be.
