This surely is the most interesting Winchester M1895 I have owned. It is a special order musket with a 32 inch barrel. The museum letter indicates it had been back and forth to the Winchester factory many times. It has came to me with the Lyman long side mount sight but was also set up for a heel mounted sight - for Creedmoor style (toes forward)shooting. I had never seen a Winchester repeater set up for Creedmoor style shooting.
