Is there ever a time when you guys find a powder that burns less than 100% to be beneficial? I'm seeing Hunter powder as an option for my 22-250 but am only seeing a 90-95% powder burn...is that acceptable or normal in some calibers? The reason I like it is it will be a compressed load and it will give pretty good velocity.
