I have never practiced law where you live...but $3000.00 per month child support? How many kids? I believe a man should support his kids. Your post is without much detail...but sounds something more along the lines of alimony rather than child support. Either that or you make a ton of money! But you gotta support the kids...however to the tune of $36K per year? That I don't know about.
