Not the ultimate but a different approach. I like an island bench that gives me access to all sides. The presses are mounted above the vertical uprights for stability. This thing is really stout. I built it 42 inches tall because I like to stand when loading but I also use the stool from time to time. have three other benches in the room, one for brass prep, one for misc work with drill press, grinders, vice, etc.and one for gun handling. As far as advice, light, lots of light.
